School In Argentina

Hello,

My name is Natalie and I just had a question that I hope can be answered. I have not been out of country many times, though I hope to begin sometime soon. I've decided my first adventure be to Argentina. I live in the U.S. and am attending a university currently, and my plan is to go on to medical school. I was a little upset at the idea that I wouldn't be able to do much traveling until after finishing med school, as I already started college a little late. Someone put a fantastic idea into my head though, and I want to know if it is really possible before I get too excited. This person mentioned to me, that I go to medical school in another country. I immediately thought of Argentina because I've always wanted to visit and enjoy the culture. If this is something doable, what is the process like? If I can really do this It will become my biggest goal and I would like to get started planning. Do I have to become a resident? How long would I have to live there before I could attend a medical school? What kind of visa do I need? If anyone can help me, any information provided will be helpful and greatly appreciated. Please and THANK YOU!
