There is hardly a year that goes by that the Global Peace index; this is a product of the Institute for Economics and Peace, would not attempt to see the countries that are the most peaceful or the most dangerous. There have been indicators designed to show these dangerous countries, these indicators are 22 in number; number of jailed persons per 100,000 people, external and internal conflicts, terrorist activity, nuclear and heavy weapons capability, relations with neighboring countries, political instability, number of homicides per 100,000 people, and many more.
The Global Peace Index has made it known that the following countries are some of the most dangerous countries in the world.
The list would always begin in Syria. Today, the country has become the most dangerous country after the Syrian Civil war. The civil war could have been the end of these violence but it was only the beginning. In 2011, there were nationwide protests against President Bashar al-Assad’s government, but his government had responded violently and this led to an armed rebellion after months of military sieges. ISIS has become the world’s most terrifying terrorist group and nothing seems to be normal any longer with this sect.
