This is a fantastic hillside park which is very good for children. The park is located just outside Tokyo but receives a lot of visitors because of its many interesting play attractions. The rainbow net hand knitted by Japanese fibre artist Toshiko Horiushi MacAdams is a fovourite with the kids. It was originally intended to host an electric train but that never saw the light of day. It was later abandoned and became an eyesore in the city until a group of creative artist decided to do something with all the trash, that’s how this creative park made from rubbish was made and today the young and old can have fun swinging and climbing from one end to the other.
Kuala Lumpur City Centre Park, Malaysia
This beautifully coloured park was created by a Brazilian artist and is situated between the world’s tallest twin towers. The park is painted in bright colours interspersed with some peaceful green. Safety of the children who play here was topmost in the minds of the designers of this park. The floor is made of rubber and there are trees all around to shade the play areas. There swimming pools in which kids can swim as well as water fountains.
