Dominican Zoo in Santo-Domingo

I wish to tell about our trip to the Dominican Zoo. It is in capital Dominikany a city of Santo-Domingo.
In the park beginning there is a children's playground and a steam locomotive on which it is possible to make excursion.

Here it is possible to see Iguana-Ricordi. They live only in Dominican republic and them remains in the nature of all less than 2000 individuals.

Well, and here there lives a white rhinoceros. It very big. My husband was not afraid to make the way to it.

I love your Rhino pictures, looks like a great zoo.

No offense but I saw a much more interesting Rhino in Nepal's jungle... and have some very good pictures of it....
