Amarnath Yatra – Some Important Info

Amarnath Yatra is going to start form 25th June, 2012. Registration for Yatra has already began, which can done through any of authorized offices of Shri Amarnath Shrine Board. There are two main route to approach the holy Amarnath temple.

Srinagar to Pahalgam to Chandenwari to Sheshnag to Punchtarini to Amarnath   (from Srinagar to Chandenwari taxis are available, and then about 30km trekking)
And Srinagar to Sonmarg to Baltal to Amarnath Cave (14km trekking)
