My Amazing Travel To India
I have been to different parts of world but India is my favorite. I have travelled to India so many times but it was a unique and special experience every time. Indians always make you feel welcome and special. India is a magnet of splendor and warmth that attracts numerous tourists throughout the world. India is famous for its culture and traditions. I feel that everyone must visit this cultural paradise at least once in life. India would reward you with beautiful and undying memories that you would love to cherish every day after your tour. India is an incredible country and it makes you feel like being in a different world. Last month, I travelled to India and it was a fabulous experience.
I started my journey from Delhi. It’s the capital of India. There are many places that are worth to see. I made my first stop at Lotus temple. The great architecture of this temple is inspired from a lotus flower. It is made up of white marble. I walked through a lush green garden to go inside. The interior of this temple is awe-inspiring. It is compulsory to keep mum inside the temple. Well, you would love to silently watch this magnificent beauty. You must see this beautiful temple in your travel to India. There are many stunning temples and monuments in Delhi that you must see. I had hired a cab on rent because I didn’t want to miss any beautiful place that is located in the heart of Delhi. My guide had great knowledge about Indian history and he was adding a lot of interest in my travel.
My guide took me to Laxmi Narayan Temple which is popularly known as Birla Mandir. The architecture of this temple is very eye-catching. It’s truly a scenic beauty. I went inside the temple and I was really impressed with the devotion that people were showing for their God. These were very peaceful moments. After this, we headed to Himayun tomb. This place is an awesome example of Mughal Architecture in India. This tomb was built by widow of Himayun in his fond memory. It was great to be at a place which symbolizes love and history. Garden of five senses was my next stop. It’s a splendid garden with very gorgeous flora and fauna. Some magnificent sculptures add to its beauty. I really enjoyed the nature walk in this garden. Well, I highly recommend these all places to everyone. These places are truly worth to visit.
My next stop was Akshardham Temple. I was expecting a lot from this place because it is considered as the most beautiful temple of Delhi. Well, it was beyond my expectations. I was stunned at the view. It is probably the most wonderful architecture that I have ever seen in my life. The interior of this temple was wonderful. You would love this place. Here, you could feel the best of peace and Indian culture. Don’t miss this stunning temple. A trip to India could never be complete without visiting Akshardham Temple. After this, I went back to my hotel. I was extremely happy with my new experience with India. I was eagerly waiting for the dawn.
Next day, I called my cab and started my day the views of with Qutub Minar. It’s a 73 meter high tower which symbolizes victory. It is one of the finest monuments of India and world as well. My guide was very knowledgeable person. He explained the interesting history of this tower very beautifully. It’s a ‘must visit’ place. After Qutub Minar, we headed to Red Fort. It’s a beautiful fort which holds significant historical values. The major attraction inside this fort is a hall for public and private audiences. The Mughal emperor used to listen to public complaints in these halls. It was a very unique and special experience. Don’t miss this place in Delhi. It is simply awesome.
The sun was about to set when I headed to India Gate. It is the national monument of India. I was amazed to see its architecture. It looks really gorgeous at night. India gate is also known as All India War Memorial and it honors 90,000 soldiers who lost their lives in First World War. I would love to recommend it to all.

Agra was my next destination after Delhi. It’s very unique and stunning city. I made my first stop at Agra Fort. It’s an elegant palace in triangular shape and it is situated on the bank of Yamuna River. This fort takes you back to the royal history of India. You must visit this place in Agra to see the royalty of India. You would love to take some photographs of this grand fort.
After Agra Fort, my next destination was Taj Mahal. Its mind-blowing beauty could not be described in words. Taj Mahal symbolizes the undying love of man for his wife. This stunning palace was built by Shahjahan in the loving memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Owing to its breathtaking beauty, millions of people voted for it to make it into the Seven Wonders of the World. Taj Mahal is ranked at the top position among the Seven Wonders of the World. To watch this symbol of love in full moon night would be the most spectacular moment of your life. You could never find such spectacular beauty in any corner of the world. I feel myself lucky that I have seen the most wonderful beauty of the world. You must visit Taj Mahal. It is worth every while. This was truly the highlight of my holidays in India.
Next day, I bid adieu to Agra and headed to the holy city Amritsar. This city is world famous for Golden Temple. It’s a temple that is built completely with gold. I was amazed to see this gold dipped temple. It is built in the middle of a water pool. You could see hundreds of tourists in this temple. The interior of this temple is magnificent. You could feel immense peace and calm at this wonderful temple. Travel to India could never be complete without visiting Golden Temple. My next stop in Amritsar was Jhallianwala Bagh. It’s basically a park but it holds a great history. In 1919, thousands of innocent people were shot dead in this park. The marks of their struggle to save their lives could still be seen. There is a well in the park. Many people had jumped in this well to save themselves from bullets. There is also a museum in the park that must not be missed. I highly recommend this place.
I spent the last two days of my travel in Himachal Pradesh. This state of this India is really a paradise. It is filled with stunning natural beauty. The sceneries are breathtaking. Every corner of this state is exceptionally scenic. McLeod Ganj was my destination in Himachal Pradesh. You could smell the fumes of Tibetan Culture in this McLeod Ganj. The most famous tourist spot in this town is Tsuglag Khang. It’s the temple of Dalai Lama. The temple has great architecture and is very unique. There are some fabulous statutes in this temple. You must visit this stunning temple. McLeod Ganj is also famous for Tibetan Handcrafts. You would love every single piece.
I would also recommend you to go to Bhagsunath waterfall. It is unbelievably awesome. The surroundings of this waterfall are awe-inspiring. The small uphill walk is very amazing. You would love to click some picture and observe this wonderful scenic beauty. The weather and lush green mountains take the beauty of this waterfall to another level. This place is worth visiting.
My holidays in India were incredibly enjoyable. I loved every place that I visited. India is a fully fledged package of natural and architectural beauties. I would love to visit there again to explore it more.
