Location
Tanjung Rhu Resort is situated on Mukim Ayer Hangat, on the north eastern part of the main Langkawi Island. Vacationers learn more about the area at Langkawi Craft & Cultural Complex and Islamic Museum, Royal Museum and Heritage Museum.

Rooms
Each of the 136 inviting rooms offers views of the garden, pool or sea and comes with amenities like balcony, LCD TV, DVD and CD player and private bar with coffee maker.

Restaurant
Diners at Tanjung Resort Langkawi savour Mediterranean dishes and a fusion of Eastern and Western cuisines at the three restaurants on site. The resort can also arrange for a private barbecue dinner at the beach.

Good To Know

NOTICE: The upgrading works will start on 18th of February. The areas affected include the guests rooms (West Wing) and Saffron Restaurant. Main works will be carried out between 9am to 6pm daily and extended hours may be implemented focusing on minor works. The Resort will be offering complimentary daily recreational activities during days of heavier works as extra initiative.
A progressive program will see all Guest Rooms completed by the end of 2013.
In conjunction with the upgrading works, both restaurants, Saffron and The Rhu will be temporarily closed. Alternative venues for dining will be open during the upgrading of the Saffron and the Rhu. The Sands All Day Dining Restaurant will operate as usual during 2013.
All rooms are non-smoking. Guests may smoke at the room balcony or open areas within the resort. Smokers in the room will be levied smoke cleaning charges depending on the level and intensity of cleaning required.
