Tilicho lake trekking is the off the beaten trek in Nepal. If your time is permitted you with extra more days or physically fine then we Nepal Kailash Trekking suggest you visit an Ice lake (4700m) from Manang or Braga on the day of acclimatization.

As known ACT is classical trekking and Tilicho lake add breathtaking supper spectacular panorama, which makes you ever enjoy before. There are two passes except the Thorong pass to be finished this trekking but those passes are required climbing experience and well equipped with well trained staffs. The passes are Meso Kanto La (5100m) and another unnamed pass (5230m). Both passes are difficult, but if you compare two of them then Meso Kanto La is more difficult than unnamed one. Actually, Tilicho lake can be visit from the Kali Gandaki valley (Jomsom side) also. In this case, the camp should be at the bottom of the hill of passes, and should be prepared with packed lunch and enough drinking water from your camping kitchen then back to the camp same day evening.
