I agree with Sofia. My wife and I have just returned from a visit to India and Nepal and during this trip we spent a couple of days in Pokhara. If youPokhara hills at sunrise like trekking, white water canoeing, hang gliding or just chilling out then Pokhara could be the place for you.Pokhara and Lake Phewa

Hi Ankydas

In answer to your question about best time to visit Nepal :-

October to November is usually considered best, during this time the air is clear so there are brilliant views of the mountains.

December to January are OK but you will encounter colder temperatures and snow on high level treks.

February to April is good but more haze so views are less clear.

May to early June is OK but temperatures are rising and it can become hot and dusty.

June to September is monsoon time so this is not a good time to go.travel forum
