Right at the start of the Charismas holidays, we set forth to a great adventure in Norway. We were not sure of which city to step in first. However, my husband proposed Oslo and so we went there. Oslo is an amazing place full of attractions of all kinds. There were beautiful buildings, museums and parks which are just but a few of the best places we adventured. The atmosphere too was awesome. We enjoyed every bit of the stay and this experience got me an urge to share with my friends.

We commenced our great adventures at the Oslo Opera House. This place was breath taking and we could hardly veil our joy as we approached the massive and lovely building. Its architectural design was stunning and the most excellent that we had ever come across. We were compactly immersed in the world of wonder as we gazed at the beautiful glass building exhibiting its beauty all over Bjorvika. It was indeed a must to climb up the attractive white sloppy roof that was made of lucrative marble. Here, we were able to get a panoramic view of the charming Oslo city. It was also surprising to note how much the building looked expensive as huge solar panels were well displayed from the side facing the Oslofjords. We then joined a guide whom we had secured prior to our visit to have got the alluring picture of the center. The most inviting thing at the center was the different cultural exhibits that infused the air in there. We loved being there.  We actually had to stay there for a longer time as we had to witness all the 400 performances that were being staged. It was indeed one of the greatest places we had ever visited and we vowed to visit the Opera House again on our next trip to Oslo.

The Natural History Museum was next on our adventure list.  This site was a home to several stunning museums that we could hardly finish the tour in a day.  The first museum we ventured into was the Zoological museum. This was an incredible place with every kind of animal that one would want to see. We loved admiring each and every one of them as we took each a photo. We then moved to the botanical gardens to explore its charms. The whole place was eye catching and marred by a sweet aroma. We for a moment though we had gone to another planet as we could not believe such beauties existed. The garden’s design too was impressive. It looked more of Arboretum. We ensured we had picked several flowers before progressing to one of the greenhouses within the museum.  The greenhouse was brilliant with lots of greenery. The experience there was compelling that we had to inquire more about the plants so as to try the practice back home. We walked though several paths admiring and appreciating the good works that displayed before us. We would surely visit the place again.

The National Gallery was yet another place we mesmerized touring. The place was mind blogging and the best kind of gallery.  We were first struck by its colossal size but this was expected it being a national figure. It was also enchanting. We walked into its interior where we were struck by the lovely art work that greeted our eyes. It was certainly one of the best places we visited and loved the whole experience. There were large loads of paintings that would certainly demand your attention or just your appreciation. The drawings too were astounding that we wondered where their formulators had gained such skills. There were also many gorgeous sculptures that stood at every corner of the room. We took several photos of most of those drawings and joined the company of a guide who was very friendly to us. He knew the origin of some of that art work as some came from great French sculptors. It was a wonderful moment one that had to be shared with our friends once we got back home.

We then headed to the dazzling TusenFryd Amusement Park. The place was overwhelming and filled to capacity with huge hordes of tourists who had also come there for adventure. We were totally immersed into a pleasurable moment as we strolled across the vast ground to secure a comfortable place from where we could easily chose on the best activity to start with. We found much fun in riding and so we started  by riding the SpinSpider to get in touch with the hundreds of amusing rides that were offered there. It was fantastic and one that we would not want to see ceasing. Other rides that were going in included the Nightmare, SuperSplash, and the SpeedMonster. We can barely forget that remarkable moment. The enchanting BadeFryd was yet another spot we could not want to imagine circumventing. We went right to the swimming pool to try our proficient among other divers. The experience was awe inspiring and fabulous. The waters were magical and pristine blue. We loved being there very much. It was also fun to watch many people competing in the volleyball pitch. Surely, this spot was well endorsed with much appealing pleasures.

We then progressed to the impeccable Vigeland Sculptural Park. This site was unique with alluring sculptures standing delightfully in their positions. We could only commend Gustav Vigeland who is the main contributor towards the beautiful displays. The sculptures were from various stones which included bronze, cast iron and granite. It's really worth visiting this site as there was much to admire. We had to also take numerous photos of the carvings to keep good memories of the place. The park’s design was also outstanding and we were grand to learn that all this were the good efforts of Gustav. It was a good feeling standing on the outer part of the park and just has a look at its architectural design. We would have to pay the site a second visit.

The gorgeous Viking Ship Museum was another place we hypnotized visiting. The place was spectacular with lots of compelling exhibits. We were much astonished when we discovered the two charming wooden Vikings that we had long learnt in history to have been housed there. In fact, this museum is the world’s best preserver of the Vikings and so it was a great opportunity to have visited it. There were also lots of boats, tools, sledges, household items among many others. We were also glad to have found a friendly and sociable guide who toured us all round the museum. It was certainly a wonderful place to visit.

We finally ended our visit at the stunning Fram Museum where our joy was fully compacted. The place was mind blowing as we were struck from far by the lovely Fram ship. We had to walk straight to it and have a moving moment admiring its beauties. Its design was lucrative. It was very surprising to realize that it was made of wood and was known to survive lots of sailing. We met a lovely guide who gave a little of the ship’s history. It was also wonderful to learn how the ship’s crew operated that massive charm and more so how they managed through many cold moments. We took many of its photos as we would definitely have to share them with our friends. Oslo is indeed a remarkable place to tour. We would definitely have to visit there again as we scarcely amassed most of its beauties.
