St. Vincent and the Grenadines is a country in the southeastern Caribbean. It is made up of the island of St. Vincent and about a hundred small islands (32 isles) lying along the coast of the Grenadine chain. The mountainous St. Vincent is the country’s largest island and its highest point, Mount Soufriere, is an active volcano. The people of St. Grenadines rely on ferries to travel between the many islands.
