Johannesburg is an impeccable city in South Africa to make your holidays great. The city has a vast collection of highlights that make it a favorite site for thousands of tourists every year. The lovely historical sites, museums, zoos and galleries, which are just but a few of the it’s many attractions, will make your visit awe inspiring. The atmosphere we experienced was beyond our expectations and we hardly wanted to leave for our home country. My husband and I visited the city to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the experience we had could barely allow me to veil my joy that I decided to share with all who are planning to pay the city a visit.
We started off our great visit at the stunning Johannesburg Zoo. The site was indeed dramatic with a coo thrilling atmosphere that was indeed superb for the flora and fauna that is housed there. We certainly could not veil our joy as we walked into the zoo when our curious eyes were met by the sight of gigantic elephants peacefully standing in their places and probably relaxing after thrilling feeding moment. One of the lovely elephants was beautifully covered with lots of grass on its head which it had collected by lifting its trunks. It was certainly a scene that could not escape our camera's attention as so we took several of their photos. The lions were also charming and worth of seeing. They looked marvelous and none of us could imagine them being dangerous and they lay so calm that we got tempted to touch their skin. However the guides were all vigilant and ensured our safety was their first priority. It was also here where we found the very rare white lions that are incredibly attractive. The visit took us several hours as there are many kinds of enchanting animals to admire. Certainly our visit had started with a perfect end and we were joyful about it.
We then progressed to the dazzling Bruma Flea market. This market was with no doubt a fascinating site that could hardly escape our attention. The market was a real representation of the South African culture and enticing history. The items on display were fabulous and all looked nice that it was hard to leave any spot we stopped at. We certainly shopped for lots of the gorgeous items as we also got closer to most of them for a touch of their charm. The sellers were also forthcoming and gave us a wonderful moment appreciating their items. Our visit was indeed going perfect.

We then headed to the lovely Johannesburg Art Galley that was a remarkable site for an adventure. The galley was impressive with an outstanding architectural design that made it look a sure place of adventure. The items on display were the most fascinating and certainly worth of photos. The experience was surely one of the best. We walked around admiring touching and appreciating the good works of the artisans. The drawings were the most striking and we had to have our photos before them. The paintings were also gorgeous. The guides were also formidable and actually gave us a thrilling history of the balcony where we learn that great curators such as Degas and Rodin were housed there. It was certainly an amusing moment exploring each of the relic. Our visit was truly going awesome.
The magnificent Carlton Centre Observation Deck Was next on our list of adventures. Our joy was certainly beyond being veiled as we entered into the site. Everything that falls before our eyes was indeed superlative that we kept wondering why such highlights had not yet come to our attention. The building that housed this beauty was truly appealing as its architectural design had not yet come into sight. We had to have its photos. The interior of the building was also compelling and highly embellished with lots of enchanting materials. The experience here was certainly one of the best in our lives. The lifts were indeed fascinating and well preserved. We enjoyed ascending to the 50th floor to explore the beautiful underlying. From here, we had panoramic views of the entire charming city. It was indeed an incredible moment here that I wished to remain there for the rest of my visit to keep my camera busy with the numerous sites to be captured. I was truly grateful to my husband who had particularly planned for this visit.
We then set forth to the amazing Constitution Hill. This site was a magical place that we could never want to imagine circumventing. It was with no doubt a superb site for adventure. The ascent to the peak was dramatic and would certainly never get eroded from the back of our cunning minds. We followed a winding path that allowed us to reach the peak. The compelling vegetation covering the grounds made the place more eye catching that we certainly could not avoid relaxing on the green grasses as we took the bountiful tranquil air into our lungs for freshening. I was particularly imposed by this experience. Right at the top, we had placid views of the lovely city and especially the suburbs that lie on the northern side of the city. The Constitution Court that stood on this auspicious hill was a must to explore. Its beautiful architectural design was the first thing that made us realize that we were approaching a magnificent structure. We walked into its interior in the company of friendly guides who gave us a detailed structure of the way things were carried out there. The decorations of the court were unbelievably superior with lots of law inscriptions. We were truly joyous that our visit had not let us down.
We also mesmerized touring the famous and scenic Hector Peterson Memorial and Museum. This site was a true representation of the esteem the South Africans held for their heroes, the memorial ground and unique but enchanting structures that were greatly worth of seeing. The structures stood firm and appeared to have been raised out stones alone. It was certainly a moment that could remain cherished in our lifetime. This was the site where a 12 year old boy got shot by a soldier at the time when the Soweto raids were on going. It was thus established to keep the hurting memories of all the undertakings that took place at that time. We were surely saddened by that realization that we wished we had carried flowers to lay tribute to that hero. The cool atmosphere keeps our visit perfect and we only decided to visit the site again in our next visit to Johannesburg.
We finally graced our visit at the magnificent Market Theatre. This was yet another alluring site that we treasured and found worth of our efforts. We went straight to one of the three stirring theatres that part of the market. The theatre was mind blowing with a unique design layout that allowed for a large group of spectators to be comfortable. It was certainly a soul soothing moment as we watched the skilled actors put their best foot forward to keep the entire house thrilled. Their performance was with all certainty one of the most intriguing that I had so far witnessed. I actually forgot that I was part of a large audience when I kept cheering loudly all the time. The galleries were also amazing with loads of fabulous objects on display. It was indeed hard to fail to have their photos. The jazz club was the last spot we toured in the complexity. Here cool and superb music was played to the tunes that were favorite to a majority of us who remained for the whole night. It was truly an out of the earth experience in our lifetimes. We thus started planning for a second visit to Johannesburg for another sensational moment amidst the busy life of the city.
