Hi I have a different opinion than others,
Different cruise lines suit different tastes and you should not make your decision based on this as much as price.
For instance, Carnival promotes its ships as 'fun ships' with lots of activities and a lively atmosphere which may not suit somebody looking for a more traditional cruise experience.
Royal Caribbean court a similar market by providing novel new gimmicks such as ice-rinks, rock-climbing walls, surf machines etc.
P&O and Cunard are more traditional and Celebrity offers fine food and is a little more upmarket.
Costa and MSC offer cruising with an Italian touch.

My advice for you would be try to find which cruise line best suits your lifestyle and wishes then get the best price.

Hi Andy,
I have been in the Caribbean Cruises for two Month, in my honey Moon, it was great !

A cruise down the Panama Canal is pretty interesting
I enjoyed the Carnival Cruise it left from Purerto Rico and went to St Thojmas, St John, Guadeloupe, Grenada, Aruba, Caracas Venezula. We added 3 extra days on in Puerto Rico and it was well worth it.

We also been there on Carnival and had a great time and enjoyed it very much. We did a lot of side trips at each port and really were just on the ship at night in the show and casinos.

Travel time if it's the Caribbean be careful of Hurricane Season June July August there is a good chance your trip will get re routed to another port. Most Hurricanes hit Sept Oct Nov in Atlantic so Carribean is good then.

I have heard that Holland American Line is very formal and more refined trip.

As far as upgrades they all offer them and as time goes by they offer more, so if you have time and risk tolerance book it as late as possible.

If you plan to cruise the 'Navigator of the seas' cruiser is one of the best there. It has casino, basketball court, golf simulators, rock-climbing wall etc.

Of course it's not cheap and it can be a little bit crowded, but check it out.

In my opinion, Royal Caribbean and Carnival are both nice cruises.
Actually, I'm going on a cruise late next month and it'll be visiting the US Virgin Islands, Bahamas, among others.
I would recommend a cruise that has these stops in it,

I think Royal Caribbean is the best.....Good rate and good cruise..  :dpa:)

you can collect this information from internate. When you search the Internet or read cruise brochures, the most common itineraries offered are Eastern Caribbean and Western Caribbean. Which is better? The answer is either! It all depends on what your interests are, so in addition to selecting the right ship, you need to research the ports of call before you book.

I would say any of their Voyager class ships--these include the Explorer, Adventure, Navigator, and Mariner of the seas. Also I heard the Freedom is great. I have been on a 7 cruises and the Adventure of the Seas was favorite, however it sails the southern Caribbean out of San Juan, Puerto Rico. The best thing to do is find a destination you want to go to and go from there.

When I was in St. Thomas we saw some of the cruise ships enter the port.  The ships are enormous and it seems like a lot of fun to go on a cruise.  Do you end up paying more for a vacation if you choose to go on a cruise instead of flying and staying at hotels?
