(x1)  | By: Ernest | 393 Views | 0 Replies

Cromer may be that beautiful place that you see on the postcard images but it is far more than that.  This North Norfolk seaside resort  has become a very perfect destination for a family holiday. Taking families to this spot is always a dream come true.  The wonderful seaside town  which is a quaint small place on the Norfolk’s North Coast has a lot of things to offer those who are coming for family vacation.

Cromer

There are a lot of things you can do when you are in this city from the playing hide and seek in the Cromer sand dunes, a visit to the city’s gold beaches or even tasting the wares of delicious ice cream vendors. The experience is unique and does not give you a cause to regret . It is not every city that is family friendly which is the reason you should see Cromer as a perfect place for your family.

A lot of people make use of The Grove which is a cool and amazing Georgian family home. This home has been run as a guest house since 1936. The landlady is a very friendly person and the sea is only 10 minutes from this home. It is a 10 ensuite bedrooms in the main house plus the new Orchard Rooms overlooking the gardens and six self-catering cottages in the adjacent barn conversions.

It has a superb indoor swimming pool , glamping in luxury bell-tent and food is never in short supply in Cromer as a whole. You are expected to make your seafood order on time before the fishermen move out to make crabs and lobsters available. The crabs here are legendary on different meals which is one of the things that attract tourists to Cromer.

Cromer

The meat of Cromer is known to come from a local butcher  called Icarus Hines. There are so many places for you to eat out like the Cookies Crab Shop where you would be served crab salads. There is The Hoste in Burnham Market and the Norfolk Riddle in Walsingham where you can have a great meal.

The beaches here are some of the finest with warm water and miles of sand to give your feet that soothing feeling that is amazing.  The weather is good and if you love seeing the crocodile, you can see them at  the South American-themed Amazona Zoo in Cromer.

Cromer

You can visit the Pensthorpe Natural Park,  that is near Fakenham,  this is the place where you would see the red squirrels, flamingoes and a lot of rare breeds of birds. Kids love the enchanting things around and the coolness of everywhere. There is no bustling or angry hooting from a driver, everything is so blissful that you are at home.  The healthy meals , the tourist sites and the grand accommodations would make your vacation exciting, you just may not want to spend another vacation elsewhere with your family if you ever come to Cromer with your family. Did we tell you that it is also a very romantic place to be?
